Speak with the Sky Dweller hovering above the courtyard in Sunstream City (168, 108).

Travel to Skysong and seek out the Sky Ranger perched above the Altar of the Foul (384, -424).

Though not in need of immediate assistance, the Sky Ranger suggests that you collect Star Dust which has fallen on Sunstream City. These can be found on rooftops throughout Sunstream City.

Once you have obtained ten Star Dust fragments...

...return to the Sky Dweller to receive 50 Taichi Pills and a Sky Lotus Order.

Note: The Sky Lotus Order may be used to obtain a quest from the Sky Dweller - do not take long in your preparation, as the item will disappear after an hour.
