Alliance Duty

If you are a member of an Alliance, speak with the Alliance Master in Sunstream City (210, 170).

Take the God's Key and Key of Summoning from him...

...and set off to prove your worth to your Alliance within the course of 60 minutes.

Note: The progression of the event is random, and the quest steps as shown below are not necessarily presented order which you will encounter them in (some may not even be necessary). If a quest step does not apply to you at the time, simply look for the one that does.

Travel to the Zaaras Platform in Sunstream (412, 388)...

...and defeat 10 Zaaras Outcasts.

Guarded by the deadly Caelumcide, getting to the top of the platform may require some finesse.

If you manage to get past Caelumcide, you may use the God's Key on the Ether Stone to obtain some Merit Incense.

Travel to the Valley of Abandon in Jadeon (406, -112)...

...and use the Key of Summoning on the Summoning Stone.

Quickly set off to the Yinsho Cottage in Sunstream (22, -172) and defeat the Greedy Gnarrlio.

Travel to the Righteous Manor in Sunstream...

...and defeat 20 Furious Moaners (428, 182).

Set off to the Cave of Fangs in Jadeon (450, -86)...

...and defeat 10 Wicked Poisonwing (320, -416) within the pool in its center.

Exit the lair, and defeat 10 Blade Slaves and 10 Swiftedge Captains near Moontop Hollow (448, 382) in Jadeon...

Return to the Alliance Master in Sunstream City to review Hardworking Sweat.

If you have enough Renown within your Alliance, speak with the Special Ops Agent in Sunstream City (214, 160)...

...to receive a Mystic Loyalty Scroll.

Speak with the Special Ops Agent again once you possess the scroll, and collect your reward of Arcane Coin and Arcane Bullion.

Note: The reward amount is depends on the level of the Mystic Loyalty Scroll received from completing this event. Higher level scrolls bring greater rewards.
