If a member of an Alliance, speak with the Alliance Master in Sunstream City (210, 170).

Donate 20 Gold so that the curator may purchase the lumber necessary in order to restore the Hall of Alliance.

In addition to the lumber, water from the Fountainhead Hollows in Sunstream (-36, 452) is also needed to mix with the mortar.

Return the water to the Alliance Master and then proceed to the southern corner of Sunstream (-356, -292)...

...to mine for Quality Stone.

Return the stone to the Alliance Master.

With the foundation complete, the structure must now be painted—travel to the Wuhu Post (-10, 272)...

...and defeat Brigand Bumpkins...

...in order to obtain Lacquer Tree Sap.
