We are pleased as rose-scented punch, to announce Jade Dynasty's inaugural Glowstick Pageant!

This Pageant is all about gussying yourself up as glowy as you can possibly be and showing off your look to our internal team of judges. PHAT, phat prizes are at stake so if you feel like your look is up to the task be sure to get your submission in and show us what you got!

Here are the detail's:

 

• This Pageant will comprise 2 categories of competition
• The FIRST category will reward 1 player (per server) with the highest overall level of equipped gear refinement
• The SECOND category will reward 1 player (per server) with the 'coolest' overall look. Each piece of gear must be at minimum of +2 refinery but other then that, mix and match as you see fit to give yourself the coolest look possible!

 

 

The Specifics: CATEGORY #1 - The Most Glowed-up Player per server!

If you think you have an incredibly HIGH level of refined gear, test yourself against the best on your respective server and submit an entry. For Category #1 the requirements are as follows:

 

1. Equip a full set of refined gear (head, chest, footwear, weapon) - take a screenshot of yourself.
2. Mail your screenshot to jd-events@perfectworldinc.com - in your email please specify 1) Your Character Name 2) Server 3) The name of each of your 4 pieces of gear and their refinery level
3. Once the submission deadline has passed, PWE judges will review all entries and select 1 player per server with the highest overall level of refined gear (eg: a +35 player comprised of a +9 chest, +9 head, +9 feet and +8 weapon)
4. Before declaring this person a winner, we will arrange a time/date for this player to meet with a GM in-game who will then insepct your gear (equipped on you) to be officially proclaimed a winner!
5. Each piece of your gear must be equipped on your person when taking your screenshot. Each piece of gear must also be a minimum level of 45.
6. 1 winner per server will be named for this category for a total of 4 winners!
7. In case of a tie (eg - 2 players finishing out at +35 overall) we will randomly select the winner through the power of the coin-flip!

 

CATEGORY #2 - The 'Coolest' looking, glowed-up player!

 

1. Equip 4 pieces of gear that have a minimum refined level of +2 (head, chest, footwear, weapon) - take a screenshot of yourself.
2. Mail your screenshot to jd-events@perfectworldinc.com - in your email please specify 1) Your Character Name 2) Server 3) The name of each of your 4 pieces of gear and their refinery level
3. Once the submission deadline has passed, PWE judges will review all entries and select 1 player per server with the coolest, refined look!
4. Before declaring this person a winner, we will arrange a time/date for this player to meet with a GM in-game who will then insepct your gear (equipped on you) to be officially proclaimed a winner!
5. Each piece of your gear must be equipped on your person when taking your screenshot. For this category there is no minimum gear level requirement. Its all about who has the 'coolest' overall look so mix and match the niftiest set from all gear available to you ranging from level 1 to whatever!
6. 1 winner per server will be named for this category for a total of 4 winners!

 

FINAL DETAILS AND NOTES:

 

 

 

• A total of 8 prizes will be awarded (2 per server)
• Winners will choose between a Hornclop Mount or Hellfire Inferno
• The submission period starts NOW and will end at 11:55 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, October 13.
• Users may submit multiple entries (particularly relevant for Category #2).
• When submitting screens it is recommended that you are turn the UI 'off.' this can be done via 'Alt-H'
• Please submit raw, unaltered screens. Any image enhanced screens will be immediately discarded.
