	Creates an article that allows it's user to regenerate HP, and increases caster's AP and Defense. The article is not tradable.

	Tongu Goals
	If the caster dies within 20 seconds of using the ability, damages up to 15 targets within 20 yards.
	Haunt of Stasis
	Character's Skill Accuracy is permanently increased and when at certain levels AP is increased.

	Moshu Disaster
	Has a chance to make target disappear, only effective on characters above a certain LV.
	Karmatic Justice
	Reflects negative status effects back to the attacker.
